Buick tachometer decals are now available in both 6K and 7K rpm gauge scales and also the BUICK face plate decals. Get them as a set or single but would prefer selling as a set. I'm interested in a face plate. Do you know how to remove the knob on it without breaking it? Cheers, Mike
I include an instruction sheet on how to remove the knob without breaking the lens. It's basically removing a bit of the spur on the back and gently prying up the needle and using JBWeld to attach it back on. Are you wanting just the Buick face plate?

Yes and no. I only need the replacement plastic lens as I have the rpm decal and my BUICK lettering seems fine, but I'm curious of how your decal would be used. When will you have the lens available? Thanks, Mike
Mike do you need the console tach lens or knee knocker tach lens? They are different and the Buick face plate decal lays over top of the existing plate and you can either trim it across just above the Buick letters or trim out the window.
Console tach for sure, all the tach internals are the same but where they differ is the back housing and the chrome housing in front as well as the lens. You can easily swap over internals for each. Face plates and rpm gauge scales are identical. Nice consolette by the way!
I have two of the console lenses left and I will making more soon just have to find some more time. I would keep as much of it as you can because you will need something to Jbweld it back on too. Just a little around the edge and use a small thin flat screwdriver to lift up on it gently.
