I was just at the Buick dealer meeting in Las Vegas. Buick has some really exciting product in the pipeline. I wish I could have taken pictures but they secured our phones and electronic devices. They had a Wildcat concept car there that was awesome, it was a 2 door lift back with 2 long door to enable ease of entry into the rear seat. The dashboard appeared to float inside the car. It was all advanced screens. The styling was unlike anything that I have ever seen. If they decide to build it I know it will sell. They are also modifying the Buick logo with a more contemporary looking trishield. They are bringing back the Electra name plate for new EV’s. Buick will be all electric by 2030. Buick is also bringing out a new crossover the Invicta that will be larger than an Encore GX that looks really sweet along with an Encore GX Avenier. Also got to drive the new Hummer. It is the fastest vehicle I have ever driven. When I engaged the watts to freedom it felt like the front wheels were coming off the ground. Hard to believe a 9,000 pound vehicle could be that fast. The crab walk was interesting it felt like the vehicle was floating when engaged. The turning radius with 4 wheel steering was incredibly tight. I was very impressed with the vehicle. It was bigger in real life than I though. The sky roof was also pretty cool.
Saw this EV Hummer recently that just came in for a customer at Weston Buick in Gresham Oregon. They were going through the ropes with the customer. He ordered it and then canceled the order, but when it finally arrived he just went in to see it and then decided to buy it after all. 9000 lb. monster musclecar for $120,000+. I'd rather have this Bittersweet Mist below!...
