I posted a want ad for a BBB upper rad hose support strap. Brett posted right away (with photos) and said I only needed to cover shipping. Time went by and I figured he forgot about me. Late last week, Brett reached out and said he forgot about me. He said he felt so badly about it, that he said he had already shipped it out and that he would also cover the shipping! I got it today. Not only is it in great condition and he didn’t expect payment for it, it also cost him $15.00 to ship it! It’s people like Brett that makes this place so great. Thanks, Brett, you rock!
