I had the same issue when I put leds in my instrument cluster, by accident I put an led in the “Brake” indicator as I was doing this by feel, found my screw up and corrected it, put the incandescent bulb back in the “Brake” indicator and all was right with the world. For some reason the led was illuminated in the “Brake” indicator when it shouldn’t have been, dont know why, didn’t care, as I was only wanting led illumination for the cluster.
