Rain!!! :af: Hopefully it clears up, I wanted to go down and watch you guys run. I have never been to one of your meets and I live 5 miles away. And I planned to go as a watcher since my Cat isnt a dragging wagon. More a cruiser. I know a few guys that go and they told me to come by. I just looked out the window and its still pouring.

The radar is still not too good looking. Is it letting up down there?

It hasn't stopped all night in Bellevue, although that doesn't mean a lot for Bremerton.

I am heading out now; radar check looks like rain has stopped. I would think racing by 10-30 ish :TU:

Almost 11 AM and is down to a fine mist:TU:. Thats the trouble with the Evergreen State, we have to have the showers to keep it green. Seems like whenever I have plans it RAINS:rant: Ill probably put on the rain gear and float by.

I'm not making it over. For me, without any traffic, it's 90 minutes each way. More realistically it's about 2 hours. Had the weather been reliable I would have left earlier this morning. At this point it won't work out, since I was going to be leaving around 2:00.

Oh well, hopefully it dries enough for those who made it to get their runs in. If not, I hope they give refunds - It's been a while, but the tracks don't like to give money back.

    gotbuick What, me worry?

They shortened up the event. Racers were fortunate to get one test run in since the weather kept the track wet untill 2 pm. No refunds unfortunately.
