    Hello, trying my best here, I think typed an extra digit in the ST number, please recheck that one. The The Here goes:

    5D= built 4th week of May, 1965
    ST 65-466637:

    ST=Style
    65=1965 model
    4=Buick Division
    6= Wildcat series
    *should only have 4 digits left, you have listed 5 which leave 2 possiblilities:
    6667= Wildcat Custom 2 door Convertible OR if it is really 6637= Custom 2 door hardtop coupe

    BODY:
    BK = assembly plant code
    3403= body serial number

    TR 678=black vinyl bucket seats I think
    PAINT RR2=I'd guess Flame Red, both lower and upper body but that 2 might designate either a black or white vinyl top if it was a hardtop OR a black or white convertible top if it was a convertible

    ACC 2-3= sorry couldn't find out what this means.

    I got my info from this website:

    BK = Kansas City Kansas Plant
    For RR2 the numeral 2 is likely the code for the 3rd area color. Does it have an accent color on the side?
