We're all rooting for you! I know how tie can really drag when you're anticipating something this big, but it'll be worth it!

I know that feeling! I built my engine during the first winter of the pandemic and it has been a nightmare. When the engine was finally ready to be put in I thought it'd be wise to have a look at my rear end and that was only then I realized I need to swap the whole thing because I had an oddball BOP junk... Hang in there!

Totally agree with you. Other than seeing what it will make that's the other reason why I'm breaking it in and tuning it out of the car.

Ok Buick fans dyno day finally happened!! My uncle and I had everything loaded up Friday night ready to go. We left Saturday morning at 6:30am to get to the dyno by 8am. When we got there everything seemed to go together nicely without many issues really. When it first lit off I was so happy to hear the rumble of a BBB that I built come to life. The break in went good, no leaks or weird things happening. The pulls and tuning went great. I do need to change the secondary rods/jet as it was running a bit lean and probably left a bit of power on the table. Now that being said it still performed very well and I'm very pleased with my numbers:). It's a very healthy strong motor. The air was crappy and full of humidity yesterday so it wasn't the best conditions for testing but we worked with it and tried our best. We ended up with 506HP and 562TQ I'm extremely satisfied with that especially for a street car engine in a big Riv. When we got back we pulled the car into the garage, yanked the hood and dropped it in. Now just need to hook up and mount all the little things. Overall this has been a great experience and I'm glad I was able to do this myself with the help from plenty of you guys on here, the Buick family and my Dyno guy Matt at Speedy Auto Machine.
