1 of the other items we've come up with for our 4 Speed items is a Big Block Z Bar that features a 1" opening for use with the Factory Engine Ball Stud that Buick used on there Big Block Cars. (Not the 7/8" version like most of the other GM Brands used)

As seen in the photos our Z Bar utilizes the 1" Ball Stud (Which we also have in stock if needed) and the other big feature our Z Bar has is a built in "Bump Stop" for your (Frame Side) Ball Stud Bushing to lodge against.
I stress this because there is a cheaper Z Bar now available for the Big Block Cars but it does NOT have the 1" Opening nor does it have a Bump Stop for your Ball Stud Bushings!

I have quite a few other Big Block 4 Speed items now available. These can all be seen on my Manual Transmission Pages

Nice work. Any thoughts on reproducing the elusive ball stud boot?

Not at this time. There is a Mopar Boot that a lot of guys use that is suppose to work pretty good. I haven't used one yet but may check them out next time we need one . . .

This is the Mopar one I used. It's meh...

DL told me earlier this year that he found one that a guy ended up buying before him and using on his car.

It would have been a nice piece to use as a mold for repros.

There's a thread on here about reproducing them. The board member in New Zealand (can't recall his name) has an NOS. Maybe we should re-visit that if he's willing. I'd take 3 or 4 of 'em & I'd think @ToddsGS would be interested.

Todd, do have just the intern parts for the frame end of the Z-bar (bushing/sale, etc. - I don't remember exactly what's there). I assume the same for sbb vs. Bbb?
