I am curious what site fellow Buick owners are using these days to get top dollar for their muscle car?

Facebook Marketplace (I have had great success here for 2000+ model year cars)
    BringaTrailer.com
    Hemmings.com
    ClassicCars.com

    Others??

I wouldn’t put it on Farcebook unless it’s cheap. Way too many ‘expert appraisers’ chiming in there. I would try Hemmings or Cars on Line.

Had great success with Hemmings once, and enjoyed how it was set up. From a sellers perspective anyway.

If you want to sell overseas in Europe, use Mobile (site in English) or AutoScout24 (site in English)

    For example, here's a 1969 Skylark GS clone, asking € 41,500 / US$ 49,835:

Buick Skylark GS Stage 1 Clone
    €41,500

Thank you for the info! How is shipping handled, any ideas? Not sure I want to deal with that unless all I have to worry about is someone coming to pickup the car to load locally.

    BUQUICK I'm your huckleberry.

I would NOT post it for sale on any site like Facebook which allows uneducated people to post comments. Many of the comments are posted by "experts" but contain incorrect information that could drive away potential buyers.

It typically is the buyer's responsibility to organize the oversea shipping of the car. The only thing for the seller to do is to provide the car, the title and the bill-of-sale to the shipping company at the day of pick-up.

The buyer hires a broker to deal with payment and shipping. All you have to do is provide the info needed for wire transfer and title, etc

EDIT oops...I'm late to the party.

Would you say they brought a higher price internationally?

Not really, just buyers that usually act quicker. They seem to like dodge, Plymouth, MB.

Really just advertise where you can. Not sure about Facebook, seem some produce sales off it. Of coarse as others have said someone could dis you car even nothing being wrong with it.

Overseas buyers seem to like the bigger cars of the mid 60's. I sold a car to a person in New Zealand and it was an amazingly smooth transaction.
