Badging Placement on Fender

    I have seen the GS badge by itself about 3/4" above the body line.

    I have seen the GS badge about 1/2" above a 455 badge which was about 3/4" above the body line.

    I have seen a GS badge about 1/2" above a Stage 1 badge about 3/4" above the body line.

    Has there ever been a 455 badge over a Stage 1 badge? Pic below...

    None of the ‘70-72 cars have ‘GS’ only. Big block cars will have either 455 or STAGE 1; GS350 cars have ‘BUICK MOTOR DIVISION’ underneath the GS.

    Turns out, these are "stick on" emblems. Holes were filled when painted...

    If those emblems in the picture you posted are “stick on” emblems, someone needs to pull them off quick! It is making my brain hurt just looking it them! :^)

    The owner/seller has a little car lot and has been driving it around for a few years. If he had a nickel for every time someone told him the emblems were wrong on his Stage 1, he would stop playing lotto.

    He is just not inclined to do any work himself...
