The oil accumulator is a pressurized reserve of oil that can inject extra oil into the system. I can flip a switch and build oil pressure before starting the motor, or you can leave it on after the car starts and it will add oil if pressure drops to low. That would be for any racing situation where G loads might uncover the oil sump. Since I am into overkill I also use a 7 qt Poston girdled oil pan. At 650 hp with a lot of stock stuff in the bottom end it needs all the help it can get. Yes that was me in Fenton.

    Thanks for explaining the accumulator.
I suffered thru our 2017 car shows with a camera that only had the screen to see what you were getting. Much like those smart phone screens in bright sun lite ya could not see what ya got. I would get home and up load pictures to thr computer and see I had miss getting a whole picture of a car.
Told Santa Claus to bring me a new camera for Christmas with a View finder, any thing would be fine as long as it had a view finder.

In early November Cannon put the Rebel T 6 on sale as a package two lens and a bag. Santa got me one.
I still do not know how to use all the functions on it like Emailing the pictures to my computer.
I try really hard to have the subject car all in the view finder, as few people as I can get the better before I hit the shutter.

As first I was wishing I had a wide angle 28MM lens but after useing it with the 50MM all season so far I think the 50 does fine.

Thursday we are going to St Johns to join the US 27 tour and hit some towns north for mini 2 hour shows in each.

Saturday we are doing the Make a Wish car show in Rease MI. M15 north to M81 east. Very nice show held in a park with lots of shade.
Guy who painted our car will be there with his GTO.

    He painted this one also.

Does a lot of old classics.

I still have about 50 pictures to up load yet from Buicks on the Bricks. Hope to do it again next year.

Another 4 door 1985 LeSabre limited Collectors edition. I was told about this one setting for sale near my Mother in laws after i had bought our coupe. I still went and looked at it very nice shape low miles, also a Michigan bought and driven car by a couple in there mid 60's back then. When they passed the son got it and put it up for sale.
I tried to get my brother in law to buy it but he isn't intrested in showing a car.
So I met the new owner a very nice fellow who takes pride in it and told me the sotry of him buying it. I am glad it is in good hands today.

I got to talk to the lady half owner of this big old tank. told her good thing they don't have to pay by the pound for the plates. Latter I remembered when those monsters roamed the Michigan roads we did indeed pay by the pound. It was only when the smaller cars came about and were roaming The roads we pay a fee based on Michigans Idea of worth, classic plates are some thing like $10.00 for 30 years.

Here is where I had enough and took an alley back to our car on sane Water street. Never did get to the lot where my friend with his gasser was parked not up to the court house area where a friend wirth his 85 cutlass was parked. Dodgeing people wasn't much fun and when the cars got in the mix i had just had my limit.

Shot back to Sawinaw from the next north south street west(Beech) of Saginaw.
