Well, Joe, my plan is to come and scoop up Dan's old LeSabre. There are still a couple of things that need to be sorted out, but I'm hoping to be down the weekend of the 23rd.

Don, that's awesome, thanks! I can pick it up no problem. Could you perhaps partially disassemble the block so it could fit in the trunk of the LeSabre? Perhaps take off the intake, heads, water pump, oil pan and such? I suppose I could do that too, when I get there.

Maybe we all could get together? Dan mentioned to me a car show somewhere.

 

Sounds good to me! I don't have anything planned yet. However, a friend of mine is coming over to evaluate my porch this weekend. So if I don't have half of my wrap around torn off and trying to figure out how to put it back together, I'll be at that car show, or whatever we decide to do.

 

Big trunk and air shocks......That'll carry a spare 350! Glen, I've had the week from hell (wait'll you see my yard) and I never asked about permits. I'll see what I can find out Monday after work.

Joe, it looks like perhaps a couple of more weekends before I'm able to make it down. My plans for trailering fell through for this weekend. I'll let ya'll know when I'm-a comin'! Lookin' forward to see you guys...
