If you have registered after the 15th of August 2021 and can read but not post in the board, it is because your registration needs manual approval by me. We are undergoing a spam bot attack, in which they create thousands of new registrations every day. On the 15th I had to disable the automatic registration process on the board here, to keep them out. While I have caught most of the new registrations that are legit and approved them, there may be a few of you out there that slipped by. All New Registrations require manual approval.. This policy remains in effect, from Sept 1-15, we averaged 106 new registrations per day.. before the bot attack, that number was 1 registration every two days... JW
This policy is still in effect.. and will remain so for the foreseeable future.. it has stopped well over 7800 spam bot registrations since I implemented it in August of this year, Unfortunately, it has also stopped legitimate new members from fully participating on the board with us.
