Assembly line emissions decals

Here is a bit of assmbly line history. These are assembly line type emission decals I found. They came out of Flint in someones luchbox. Buy the way the paper is torn at the ends they appear to have been on big rolls lenghtwise and were ripped off as needed.

where would the emissions decal be located,looking to put one back on 1969 gs.thanks a.j.

 

On the radiator cover. A 69 would require the short style to fit the plastic cover I beleive. I do not know if the short styles are available. Maybe check with Osborne reproductions.
