Any idea on this ???

    A guy from work brought in this pic of his grandfather, and we've been trying to decide what it is ????? Ideas ???

    Consider whether the rear end design indicates it is a boatail roadster (a/k/a speedster). If it is, many companies made these --Essex, Hudson, Ford, Dodge, Bentley, etc.

    If the wire wheels are original, this may limit the look back period. The cowl vents, the radiator cap, and the radiator cover are styling clues that may help the I.D.

    From the overall appearance I would say it is from the teens or twenties. The wire wheels suggest to me late twenties to early thirties but they may not be original.

    Another consideration is did it originally have running boards and fenders.
