another approach to switching to disk in front

Is it feasible that instead of finding donor cars that have a spindle which will fit my A arms for my 66 skylark that I could instead find a car with the same width and switch out the entire front end with the front end from the donor car. This way I would not have to worry about finding the correct spindle or machining the spindle to fit the arms. I would, however, have to worry about steering angles. The question is, which one seems more managable, finding spindles that closely resemble what you want and machining them or switching the entire front end and having to mess with steering angles to get them right?

I bought a pair of used spindles for my car. Turns out one was bent a wee bit.
I ended up buying a pair of stock disc spindles from ....OPG, or one of the more popular suppliers. Don't honestly remember.
Perfect fit & they are brand new. Cost was $80-90 US each. I'm a happy camper now.
