Aluminum valve covers & intake polishing

    andy, nice job! could you explain why those Cobra valve covers look SOO MUCH BETTER than the SBC valve covers you sent me...? :puzzled: :rant:

    Hey Andy, Do you bead blast the intake before polishing ?

    no,i use a 34 grit roloc disc and 40 grit cartridge rolls to break an intake down

    then build it up to 800 grit

    bead blasting doesnt really make a difference,unless it's paint you want off

    still polishing stuff,once it gets above 10 degrees

    Could you do a used Poston aluminum intake for my 350? I have it off of the car and time is not an issue for me. If so, how do I get it to you and what would it cost me? Also where are you located?
