Has anyone installed a basic car alarm system on their trailer? I would think this could be done easily and inexpensively. Looking for something that would "go off" if someone opened a door or disconnected the trailer from the hitch/wire harness plug. What would it cost to install a basic alarm on a trailer? I would imagine needing to install a secondary dedicated battery to power the alarm? Let's hear what any of you have done! Thanks...
