Air cleaner tin/decal

    What’s the best product to secure the tin to the air cleaner lid? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    I've seen weater strip adhesive only because it failed over time, suspect heat cycling.

    I used GMS or ultra black silicone the grayish stuff, but imagine any silicone made for sealing you engine can deal with engine compartment temperatures. So far no issues with it falling off and reinstall 2008.
