72 Stage 1 block.

    Well its a long shot but you never know...

    My car was last inspected in 81 in Georgia. Since then it has made its way to NJ and now resides in PA.

    It would be a WS code engine and the serial number should be: 42H115274

    If that's my race motor...you are out of luck!!!!.....lol I have 2 72 Stage 1 motors and will look just to be sure...Hope you can find it. Does the car have the original transmission in it yet???

    The guy said he checked the numbers years ago and thinks it is... We havent put it on lift yet but we'll see.

    This car needs its original engine!

    TTT may also consider a correct original 72 stage1 motor.

    IMO, even if it's a stage1 block, it's not your stage1 block. This makes your car non-numbers regardless.

    Don't overpay for a block.

    I registered my car but not sure if it worked? I did it a month or two ago and it never came up in the registry.

    Is the number 42HXXXXXX or V2HXXXXXX. I am curious to see of it's GS, Riv or Centurion. Espeically given that there is a 72 Stage 1 Convertible on e-bay that doesn't have the correct engine.

    TTT the motor is probally a toyota by now. :rolleyes:
