    tubecatgs Finally a 4 speed......

Admins, let me know if this is acceptable... This is my car, kicking around the idea for a change...not for sale as much as looking for a possible trade. (if selling I would probably ask 25k) Seeing if anyone is looking for a convertible 4 speed and has a 70-72 GS hardtop/vinyl top car they would like to trade...?
I have had this car for about 8 years. Over that time I took my most desirable features from 70-72 model year to make this (in my opinion) a very enjoyable and fun"sporty" convertible. I don't mind trading for a bit of a project but it can't have extensive rust, need quarters or need floor repair etc... I figure the 4 speed convertible might be worth closer to a GS of some sort than just a Skylark column shift automatic. (I wouldn't rule out a very nice Skylark either)

Here is a link to the work I have done over the years. Issues I want to be upfront about are that it will need tires, the tach recently stopped working, a few minor body bubbles and the rebuilt motor a few years ago has low oil pressure at hot idle, but 75 psi at start up and raises 10 psi for every 1000 RPM so it's good when driving of course. ( I do have a '73 455 core with heads recently done, aluminum intake, new cam etc I was gonna finish and put it) the motor can be used as part of a trade or if only have a roller I will keep the motor etc. FYI I do have the original skylark hood and 4 barrel air cleaner as well.

Car located slightly north of Buffalo NY. I do have a trailer and willing to drive a bit.

I know it's a long shot but let me know if anyone has any interest or leads. Thanks Brad

Have had some good trade and sell out right offers from my Facebook ads.... I think I found a car I like without a trade....I may entertain a sale. Send me a message if interested in buying. Thanks

Is this Cleason? I'm sorry if we weren't 100% on the same page but I sent pictures and texted you Saturday and I never heard back. I mentioned yours was in the top 2 contender for trades, and thought still is..You mentioned we couldn't do anything until April so like anyone else might do, I'm just trying to keep my options open. Thank you.
