7040240 Carb

    Need a 7040240 Quadrajet for my 70 GS 455 automatic (not stage car). Prefer one with 0350-1500 date code. Completely restored or for restoration.

    Found my carbs. The dates are 195 9 (July 14, 1969) and 056 0 (February 25, 1970). Both nice dry cores that move nicely. Nothing stuck.

    It looks like Donny has you covered with the 056 0 date code.

    Do yourself a favor and send it to Rob Ross here on the board. I can promise you, you will NOT be disappointed.
