Any ideas on what kind of torque it makes under 4000 rpm , will it idle below 1500 rpm ?

With 13to1 compression? I doubt it.

That motor sat and idle at 900 with no issue it would most like go lower but that is what it was set at on the dyno. I don't rember the numbers, it was pulled at 3000 and it made good power down there maybe Scott will see this and jump in here. If not I will make a call later today and get the numbers for you. cam has more to do with idle than does compression and this is in a street car so high idle is not exceptable. I know Brian has been driving this thing all over the place and say straight up wicked.

WOW! My apologies. I would love to hear as much as I can about this engine. I'm going to redo mine this winter and was looking to "up the ante" a bit. This would be tremendous.

This is a great story to follow - would love to have just such a street monster and fill it with E85. Any tricks you care to share about the rest of the fuel delivery system? (as many swear E85 will eat regular fuel tanks, pumps, and lines) Also with the Eddy heads - what rockers are in this build?

I am sure others would agree with me and LOVE to hear a sound clip at idle or more.

The rocker arms are the new Comp Cams Ultra-Pro Magnums, 1.6 ratio.

Since it's Brian's car, he can give you the specifics on the fuel system, but it is basically a race system with all good parts. The car went 10.60's @ 124mph last year at the Norwalk race. Hoping for more next year.
