Hey all. I have a strange one that someone may have insight on. Restoring a 1970 lesabre convertible. Chassis manual puts this as model #45467. Also, important to know, this is a Canadian car. Had an oddball diff that (as I read) was 1 year only, canada only. So the diff guy chopped the mounts and built the customer a 9". Now, bare housing, trying to weld mounts on. However, here is the kicker. Frame mounts for rear suspension to NOT match diagram for 45000 series car. They match a 43-44000 series car (skylark/GS). Has anyone run into this? Set the diff according to wheelbase and trim height (for 45000) and the lower shock mounts point to the trunk floor. Any help is appreciated:)
