Have a complete 1970 sr ba engine/trans (except intake/carb). Engine is standard bore, never decked, has correct dist, water pump,timing chain cover, starter, heads, ect. Trans is complete and matching numbers. Ser# ends in 256418.

If you are willing to separate them, I sure could use the transmission for the '70 GS 455 car I'm working on for my son. It has the correct # 455 ,but a pontiac trans. Thanks Loren
Guy, I was trying to remember is "SR" the correct engine code for a 70 GS? What condition is the engine and trans. is? Were these running good when pulled? Were they out of a car you had? What are you willing to take for them? Can I call you to get more info?
Best place to call is here at my Napa store. 715-693-4501...but will be leaving soon for the night. sr is for the '70 GS. Was told all was running when taken out. Everything looks good. Calling is best I guess. Thanks, Guy
