I wanted to show this picture to you. Here are 5 tilt column lower stalks. The 3 matching short ones are 69-72 A-body. The longest one came out of a 1970 Buick Wildcat. The middle-length one came out of a 69 Cat. Those cars are very similar,but obviously different enough to change the length of the column.
