Is the 1969 Riviera column shift steering column the same as the 1970 wildcat?

I only have a '72 chassis manual so I'm not sure what the Wildcat's Designation numbers are. Since it was replaced by the Centurion, I feel like it's safe to assume it was 46000.

It does not look like the 69 Riviera column is the same as the 70 Wildcats (or anything else for that matter) but for the tilt column (pn 7813066), the 70 Wildcat's is the same as the 69-72 LeSabres, Electras, and Wildcats or 71 & 72 Rivieras.

    Non-tilt columns (pn 7807859) look to be limited to just 69 & 70 B and C Bodies.
