'69 GS Stage 1 w/ #'s engine in N.C.

Looks to be a decent deal (eBay auction) at this point. Ad claims original engine is present and the GS looks to be nicely equipped: PS, PDB, A/C, notched bench, cruise, posi. And, some original paperwork.

I saw this one, and have been watching it just to see where the bidding goes.

 

Other than that door and fender being blue , it looks like it could be original paint with those pin stripes. If the frame is solid and could get her running, it would be cool to get that door and fender painted to match and tear up the streets.

 

He says the frame is Rusty.

 

Very interesting ! Bench seat column shift automatic AC Stage 1 . I wonder if the carb distributor and trans numbers all match up?

 

It's rough.... same questions, Tony. Would like to see the trim tag, engine code, trans code, carb and distributor numbers. Stage 1, disc brakes, PS, cruise, rear window defrost, remote mirror...

Should anyone purchase this car, I have a clean SC frame.

 

I have a clean '69 pass floor/rockers/cowl. Just sold (finally) my '69 trunk floor.

 

Looks like no one made even the starting $5500 bid, and the auction ended with no bidders.

I couldn't remember if it was here or FB. I knew I saw the new owner post it up somewhere...
