69 cat tank sending unit

so i tried a search here with no luck and am thinking nobody makes a replacement pickup/sending unit for the 69 wildcat. This doesn't even look rebuildable and i was surprised that its a cylinder style and nothing like the A body that i am familiar with. Before i cut it open i am looking for options, any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance. Gord

 

Send a picture to Tri Starr Radiator and ask them can they rebuild it.

So far, I have not heard of one that Tri Starr could not rebuild.

 

Jim, i just called and the lady at Tri Starr and she said they just did one for a 69 cat a week ago, mine is going in the mail today, thanks again for responding to this post....cheers. gord
