I picked up this 67 GS 400 Fremont California car over 10 years ago and have decided I will not be restoring it.
After working on 5 67 GSs- doing rust repair and body and paint work- It's a lot of work and $$$ I had to put into these 5 GSs .
What I'm selling is what you see-
Solid California body- rust free doors, fenders, hood, trunk, frame, core support.Still has original GS rear end,big block frame mounts.
    Interior options-bucket seats,console,AC
    Car is in Flint Michigan
I'm asking $7,500 with clean title in hand.
    Car came with rebuilt 455 and can be purchased for extra $2k. 20200808_164402.jpg 20200808_164247.jpg 20200808_163955.jpg 20200808_164107.jpg 20200808_164340.jpg 20200808_164138.jpg

Any details on the 455 and would you consider selling it separately?

    Mike,
I have a friend that may be interested in it but he wants to clarify what's included with the car. Is there any trim, bumpers, grille, etc. or interior pieces, or is it just the bare shell as pictured? Thanks, Nick

BTW....I'm still interested in the 455 if it becomes available.

Since you asked,...yes you're too high,....it may bring that number on eBay but not here where guys know what's involved and the lack of any ROI,...

For extra $1,200 I will Include CORRECT
1967 GS400 motor and BA transmission.
Also as part of rolling chassis I'm adding a pair of bucket seats (cores),steering column, and both inner fenders

I think that you are asking twice what it is worth. You didn't specifically say, but I assume the drive train is not numbers matching? If it was and included at no extra cost, I think it would be more in the ballpark for what you are asking, but still too high. Good luck with your sale.

In restoring the 5 frame off 67 GS400s that I worked on from 2002 to 2013 I was able to aquire a bunch of part's from members on this board for reasonable prices and I paid shipping. (Mostly out West)From door's, fenders, core supports, trunk lids ect.... After the loss of family member that slowly took the sails down for me and desire to work on them-I stopped working on them. It's getting close to a 9yrs. Since I've worked on them.
Back then I paid $1K for 1/4s , 3 to 4 hudred for doors and fenders. Had no problem paying $1K for a boxed frame and travel to get it. This was 15 - 20 years ago.the labor to fix rust and sraighten panels, and get ready to paint is time consuming and $$$$$ This car is almost ready for paint.
I could part this car out for probably more then I'm asking for it. Keep in mind ALL part's on this car are perfect 10 out 10 CALIFORNIA pieces.
Doors and fenders and trunk lid $400 each,GS boxed frame with GS rear end rolling chassis with engine frame mounts-$1,500,Left and right 1/4 panel $1K each, ucket seat cores-$500,
GS hood-$700,perfect core support $600, Lf and right inner fenders $300,floor shift steering column $200,4 buick rallys $300.. not includind probably missing couple small things- totals over $8,000 not to mention clear title Fremont Cali. Car
This is MY OPINION on prices. So to say car is only worth 1/2 as much I'm asking I TOTALLY DISAGREE yes - AS I LISTED -CORRECT GS400 motor and transmission "NOT #s MATCHING " I still love these 67GSs and would NEVER part this car out ( not to many left).
IF and I say IF you work on your own car restoring it you can appreciate a LOT of hard work saved with a car like this.Had to get my opinion off my shoulders -DEUCES✌✌

Oh yea THANKS for the GOOD LUCK WITH THE SALE

Max Damage I'm working on it!

Sorry that you took the comments here personally. We should all know that the $'s we put into our cars mean nothing to their value. This has to be a labor of love, especially if we make the mistake of choosing an off brand (Buick) less desirable model (GS Cal).

I am in the same boat. When it's time or the cars to go, they will go and the price won't be one that I would like (if I was still alive).

Hopefully you find the right buyer that loves what you are offering and knows that the work you have already done is a huge help and head start!

That's cool. I didn't mean to offend. I fully appreciate the work it takes as I have done all the work on my 67 GS. Please don't part it out. Peace brother. I really do wish you good luck with your sale.
