    This car was recently listed on Bring-a-Trailer. It was bid to $27,500 but the reserve was not met.

    That would be incredibly stupid if he's got someone that will bid high last minute. Pretty sure eBay is reporting your earnings to the IRS now.

    I just was told by paypal that they are sending a 1099 to me... Someone did a "goods and services" when they made payment.
