I do remember the Dodges' painting them two tone in the seventies.

The one I remember was Like a flouresent green and black two tone or a yellow and black two tone.

    It does look good!

    Good job!

Paint job looks awesome. That is the color I wanted for our 71 but the wife wanted white, go figure. Did your paint guy enjoy the stripe package? I know mine about pulled his hair out trying to match factory (he's a little OCD that way)

He actually was fast in making the stripe itself, the tip of it was what was hard to do. basically got it in about 2 tries..not bad for a very picky owner lol i would of made him do it over if anything was wrong with it, but fortunetly came out good..

I kinda like that car. I might suggest that the grille is one of the very best looking Buick grilles out there and I cannot see yours. Maybe consider painting it grey and silver? Nice color combo !

    72gsBuick Never Say Never..

that was kind of my main focus, make the grille blend with the stripes, till i get the chrome bumpers id leave it as is, but might change it as soon as i add all the other misc parts..thanks for your comment, i appreciate all of them..

I like it! Looks Great! certainly came along way!

PS: hows your alignment? noticed in the pic that your front driver side wheel seems to have some extra "toe in" or maybe its just the pic:Do No:

I have all intentions of going to Bowling Green Kentucky this year.
My past problem was I was living in Silicon Valley for years.
It was just to far to go from California.

As for Hot August nights, I deeply miss going.
I would go each summer while in San Jose' and stay @ the Atlantis.
My inlaws live in Saratoga so we would drive up if we visit.
It's been over five years since I've been to Hot August nights though.
However I was in your neck of the woods this past winter.
Stayed @ Harrahs south shore and man was there snow on the ground.

This has got to be the biggest car show in the whole USA!
Unbelievable....I may still make Reno this summer.
