To take it further, they list it as an interchange for the other parts that were listed earlier now that I've dug a little on their site.

    I'm gonna order one and:

    A) see how long it actually takes to come, if it comes at all in these unprecedented times. and
    B) is it actually what they're showing it as.

    I'm in no hurry.

I can absolutely also verify that the AutoZone B1236MP is NOT a Stage 1 pump. Ordered one last week and it wasn't correct.

Update: Summit promptly cancelled the order and refunded my money. Drat, can't be that easy!

I was able to order one from Summit today for a whopping $95. That’s almost trice the price you used to be able to find them. They said it would be 2 weeks as well.
No denial email though, which is good.

Has anyone had any luck on a source for the Stage 1 fuel pumps? It seems no one stocks one anywhere. Has anyone thought of modifying a high volume pumps from another application and swapping out the arm?

I know of the RobMC pump. I did not know of the other. They are both too pricey for me. By the time I get the RobMC one shipped up to me in Canada it is well over $300 Canadian. Pretty dam pricey. It looks like a nice piece but would like to be reasonable on the budget. I only need to feed 450 HP at best by the time I get the next motor built.

Look up the fuel pumps from all the Hi Po GM Muscle cars of the day. See if you can find one that has the best specs.

The one I ordered from Summit in Nov was PN RDR-4030010 listed for $76.99. I just checked their site and it's no longer on there.

I purchased this pump at Carquest here in Canada, Spectra Premium SP1263MP.
They had to order but was not a problem.
