So my 430 has the stock motor mounts in good condition and I am wondering if the TA frame pads will work with the stock mounts? fingers crossed...

What year 430? 67's are different than 68+. The 68+ mounts work with the TA frame pads.

I was told it was a 67 , is there a way to check to make sure?

    68+ are identical L or R
67 differ from each or other. left & right. Check part numbers might be a clue.....
But thats for the A body 67 gs400.. I have no clue about the B & C body which is what a 430 was in.

I thought only the A body (Skylark/GS) had the special rubber mounts. I thought the full size cars used the same mounts as what was used for the later years. I will bet the mounts you have are the normal big block rubber mounts and will work with your frame pads.

I took pictures of the engine mounts and they are both the same. See pictures. I don't see any rubber though...

I can't say I have seen any that look like that. Maybe those are a 1 year type mount. The engine mount frame pads use mounts like the ones I have pictured here.

It figures. BTW both frame pads are the same.

12lives Control the controllable, let the rest go

Try them, no reason I can see that they won't work. Hold the pad up to the mount and verify they fit.
