    Bob,
If these are cores, can't they be ground on a range of center lines? I can't wait for the 455 version. I've already spoke to Scott Brown about grinding me something for my car.

:TU: Will you have any plug and play units available? If not, what additional costs for the grind can we figure?
    Thanks

Larry yes thats why I said for the 350 it was most likely not an issue. But the 455 blank we got was ruff lobe also but when you try and move a 108 to 114 or 115 you have to rotate the lobe so far it doesn't leave you enough lobe to have alot of duration. On a blow thru deal you don't really need allot of lift but we like to get duration on them with a 114 or 115 centerline. ANd if we go after a 350 like we have my big block I just don't want to have the same issue. We have left some HP on the table I'm afraid is all.

Current 455 cam parameters are .320" to .430" lobe lift and 108' to 112' lobe separation, 106' to 114' depending on amount of lobe lift. Not sure what the 350 parameters are, I think max lobe lift is around .360" I will find out about the lobe separation. Also I believe these cams have the 4 - 7 swap.

hey do you have any thought on a 350 grind that'll work well with twinturbos,
ported heads with oversized valves, 1.65 roller rockers and singleplane intake..8.5 cr pistons?
was just thinking of a roller ta212 but i'm sure theirs always someting better suited

3.08 gears and st400 with stock switchpitch stall

Thanks Mike we must have gotten one on a 108 we got it as close as we could to what we were after. they put it on a cam doctor and built the specs based on what we could squeeze on it. Thanks for the info though. Like I said before I don't think the 350 stuff will run into the same issue.

Are you referring to the 455 cams? I recall that was in a 455 cam poll, don't recall it being mentioned here. Great to see these are in now. Any update on the lifters?

Dad typed that post and said to me he thinks that there's a 4 - 7 swap on the 350's I'll double check with him.

Ok, well it's the first time it's been mentioned in this thread, I checked back thru it all.

Mark has been playing around with some computer simulation and the Poston 114 cam is the best suited to the turbos so far with the TA 212 beig the next best.

yea, the turbo mustang forum chose the gs114 over the ta212 also

i wonder how a slightly more agressive version of the ta turbo 6 profiles would do?

No, I haven't had any contact with TA since Mike Jr posted the pics here. As I recall they were going to call/email those who signed up for the pre-order, to finalize the sales.

The 350 cams are a 4-7 swap, lobes are machined on a 110' lobe separation as seen in the photo's. 108'-112' is the designed grinding parameters. Max lobe lift should be kept at .350". But as with the 455 current billet cams, lobe separation can be moved out side the design depending on the amount of lobe lift.

    that's cool,

    would this be possibe?

    gs114 specs
    114 lobe seperation
    lift..intake is .480 exhaust is .485
    duration..intake is .270 exhaust is .276

That is a .310" lobe lift based on a 1.55 stock rocker. I say that should work. We are going to try a 413 type cam with about .350" lobe lift. 113' LS.

How about a little info on having TA send these cams out for the custom grind? I assume that will be an option? Price?
