I was driving to check out a used Pontiac and I noticed a young guy driving a dodge diesel truck, dual 6” stacks and tons of black smoke each time he accelerated. He was tailgating, revving, swerving and just being a douche. I waiting till we were in the freeway, no other cars, I came up beside him and did the old “loser flyby” you know just baiting him to get some. He bit, and bit hard... 6 times I killed him with the mini van, it’s only got a custom tune and exhaust. His girlfriend was loosing her mind and the 7th time he didn’t even bother lol... I tried him at all speeds, up hills, down hills, was hilarious. that’s the beast of the left lol
I don't think many people realize that some of these newer minivans and crossovers have some serious balls in em (for what they are at least). Nothing would kill a guys ego more than getting gapped by a minivan lol. I'd feel a little bad if I didn't know exactly the type of guy you're talking about.
Yes absolutely, almost any buick on this site could beat this van it isn’t really fast. It’s just funny when you see a guy being such a douche and you can possibly put him in his place a bit. I had another race with a guy who did a fly by on me and the same thing I beat his diesel truck with the van. He was super impressed and gave thumbs up etc. A lot of it comes down to weight, I’m sure most of those trucks are 8000 pounds or more. Compared to a 4000 pound van it’s a huge handicap. I need to add a turbo to this van!
I've been to the track on douche bag diesel night. It's common to see those trucks blister the coal the length of the track with a 15 second et. Super sweet, bud! Of course there are a pile of trucks deep into the 11s if not faster too
Maybe it just me, but the guys blowing black smoke/rolling coal are like the guys that have loud cars and ground effects. The driving behavior is the same the vehicle and vehicle mods are different but equally useless. One descent run against a well tuned machine and the evidence is clear who the real winner is
