42k miles,.. never wrecked,.. factory paint,..no excuses car,..ready to have fun. There is no better bang for the buck out there $21,500 with two sets of wheels all with good rubber
They have a cult following as of late,...with used C7 vettes holding their value really well,..the new Vettes being 80k +,....the C5 Zo6 is the last true real Vette in ALOT of enthusiast minds,..as it's very rigid,..makes no apologies as to what it is and what it's for,... It's probably close to 400 at the tire and weighs 3200lbs,....it gets down to be what it is
Down is right. Way down. I worked on a '69 25 years ago. I remember test driving it and coming to a stop next to a Toyota MR2, which looked like it was way up there from my seat. I do like the style of the C5. The gimmicky lines on the newer cars don't work for me.
The z06 is a great way to get into Corvettes (or sports cars) with not a huge investment. I like these rides as they are a fixed roof coupe and that design tightens up the chassis and helps to eliminate the common rattles and squeeks found in GMs with the targa top roof. This one looks well sorted!
Wow, I'm the only one that didn't post something? I got to fix that. Ethan, we sure do miss you back at home. We miss your stories about all the different "rides" you have, especially on the weekends. Hope to see you soon. GLWS!
That's a nice-looking car and within the right years for C5s, too new to deal with the Bosche ABS (EBCM) problems, and too old to deal with the Magnetic Ride shock issues.
