    Rusted one is a 65 and painted one is most likely 65

    Can't tell if the 1/4 scoops have been filled in on the painted one for if that's just a reflection. Rusty is a '65 for sure.

    63- 64 front fenders are different then 65 in the headlight area.
    The peak on a 65 is higher in the front near the headlight opening.
    Both cars look the same

    If ever there was a set of cars that could be imported to a foreign country where titles don't matter these would be it. Looks like a great deal, a solid body and a wreck to scam all the parts off of. As long as the mice haven't eaten everything to the point of it being patterns or junk, it'd be a good project.

    Shipping + taxes + red tape etc. to a foreign country ( to Australia anyway) would be double the asking price for those two.

    Agreed; but even at $7000 for the pair, if the painted one is solid, the risk is worth it IMHO.
