It hurts to do this, but I gotta sell my 1987 BuickRegal. Its a straight up Regal (not aT-type or Limited), and it has the original factory 307 V8 4 barrel. There were about 3400 of these built thatyear, and its the last year for that style. Im the 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] owner & got it when it was less than a yearold. I have all the paperwork onit. About 10 years ago it was completelyre-built, including the engine, new paint, new upholstery, carpet & headliner, the works. It hasnt been driven muchfor several years, and with Christmas coming, the wife hating it & no job,its time for the Regal to find a loving new home. This has been a great car for me, and itwould really please me to see it go to someone wholl appreciate it and do coolthings with it, its a truly fine automobile.

Engine: 307 V8 4 barrel. Bored slightly over on rebuild. Cranks fine and runs beautifully. Small power steering fluid leak. This is the original engine & the numbersmatch; its been very well cared for.

Transmission: GMtubo-hydramatic 350 short tail. This wasa rebuild I had put in when the original tranny went out. It leaks a little fluid.

Options: Cruise, tilt wheel, cold A/C, power door locks(not working), power antenna (not working)

The Regal has never been wrecked, and is licensed, insured and has a clear title. Itcranks, runs & drives. The paint andexterior trim are rough, and there are some minor things wrong with theinterior, but its solid. With theexception of the transmission, stereo & air shocks on the back, its deadstock. If youre interested you canemail me at wclaytonhowe@gmail.comor call me at (317) 430-4229. Ill beglad to answer any questions you have, or send you more photos. The car is in Mayfield, KY.

It sounds like a good deal but I can't do it right now but I will talk to my sister to see if she can. What happened to the 200 r4 trans that was in it?

My '87 with 307 came with the 200 metric. But it's a limited.

Bump for good luck with the sale! Didn't know one could order the landau top on a base model.

350 transmission is a rebuilt that I put in a few years ago; the original tranny went out. Let me know if you need more info!
