1970 GS POP decode

    Need help decoding, I know the following:

    179 is dk brown interior
    58 is harvest gold paint
    F is dk brown vinyl top
    vin is obvious
    SR 455/350hp
    BA th400

    what is 184 after SR
    what is OK
    what is N
    what is 309 after BA
    what is 12 68?

    OK is rear end code ,, is 2.93 open

    184 and 309 are time-built codes for engine and transmission.

    thanks Brad. I guess it makes sense if protecto plate was used for warranty purposes.

    ...1, 2, 6, 8 are option codes. Should be page in assy manual with chart if no one knows offhand. POP option codes only use single digits 0-9, so only partial option list. For '71 they're PB, A/C, AM/FM, and PS...may be diff for '70...

    N is the build month code
    N = November (1969)

    build date is consistent. car was delivered 12/1/69
