What does Tennessee non-Repairable mean under Document type?

I am no expert but sure looks like what I would expect from a flood vehicle but body looks pretty nice even if their term means salvage title or equivalent.
If nothing else excellent parts car.

I believe non-Repairable usually equals not able to get a rebuilt title, so used for parts.

Interesting “auction” terms. “Two days”why not just have an actual reserve?

    BUQUICK I'm your huckleberry.

I was looking at the other cars listed and saw this burned '65 that belonged to one of my local friends. It was sitting in his garage and caught fire and burned itself and a couple of other cars in the shop. Thankfully no one was injured.

There are some truly tragic stories in the photos of the classic cars.
