    James,

    Where are you located? Are you in the Olympia WA area?

    I live in Poulsbo WA, which is on the Kitsap Peninsula.

    I see that you live in Kent, Howdy neighbor!
    If that is your car in your signature.....it looks spectacular!

    Can anyone tell me where on the punch card (attached in earlier e-mail) it says that it came with the stage 1 option?

    Thanks,

    Thanks James, it is one of my 69's. I grew in the Kitsap Lake Area of Bremerton, right down the road from you!

    If you send me an exact size photocopy of both the IBM 80 Column punch cards along with all the info from the ID plate on the firewall and the full Vin number I can make sure the "punches" correspond with the text written on the cards and can prove the car is a Stage 1.

    The best way to photocopy the cards is to put a black piece of paper behind the card so the punched out areas stand out clearly.

    I think she's beautiful:kodak:

    So if the trans tells the story, how do you determine a 4 speed Stage car? I may have found one:Do No:

    Is it the white one Rich?

    On a 4 speed w/o the matching engine, you need to find paperwork, as my understanding is that there is NOT a difference between the Stage 1 and non Stage 1 transmissions / markings.

    I need you to snail mail me a paper copy of the IBM 80 cards, not post a scan of them. The key I have made up works by moving it across the face of the card. Therefore I need a life size copy of the card, not scaled one way or the other.

    This way I can verify that the text on the card matches the punch-outs.
    If you can get me a copy I can do this. Here is my info;
