Does anyone know if the" build sheet codes and the production order body-final sheet codes" are the same as far as the codes go. I have the production sheet but not the other. Im trying to figure out what all the codes are. Thanks

    Bryan,
The Production Order Body Final sheets (POBF) are the buildsheets for Flint production vehicles. The codes on them are all Manufacturer codes and are different from UPC or Fisher body Sales codes.

I decode these sheets, and charge a small fee to do this. It took me years of cross-referencing all the codes to figure them out.

I think its $20.00 for a (POBF) sheet, and what you get back is a nice representation of the buildsheet with all the decoded info on the back.

If you are interested let me know and I will get you a list of the info I need off the car to do this.

There are only a few 69 Stage 1s with buildsheets, so if you have one that would be quite something.

    Duane,

You helped me authenticate mine some time ago.
Do you offer the same service using the punch card?

    Thanks,
    James

    James,
Yes I also do the IBM 80 column punch cards. I made a key that I can slide across the card to decode it, so if I get a copy that is full size it works great.

I don't remember what I charge to decode them but I can post the list of buildsheets/etc that I decode with the fees plus info I need to do it, later today if you want.

The IBM 80 Cards are pretty cool. I decoded one that was dripping with oil and had no writing on it whatsoever. The punch outs held all the info. I validated a pretty expensive car with that one.

Here is my info for the build sheet decoding service.

The (POBF) & (POCP) should be $20 not $25, but everything else is correct.
    Enjoy
