Hello I am looking for an intake manifold for buick 350 4 barrel. Is this the same intake manifold on all the 350 buick? Thank you ! Benwin
Do you have pictures? Do you know if the intake manifold is the same throughout the 350 buick? Tank you !
There are differences. the 68-9 intakes have round pedestals that hold up the rear part of the carb baseplate where the carb bolts go, while the 70s units have a solid metal pad as a provision for the second pulloff can vacuum channel in the baseplate. There are different styles of Choke thermostat Some have the AIR passages Some have EGR That said, they all are interchangeable on any 350, you might just have to block/plug the AIR or EGR or whatever. Thats all I can think of off hand
yeah - keep an eye out for yards that maybe don't crush all the older stuff . when you are out cruisin peek out behind them barns etc . if ya know some guys that have older stuff they drive ( chev ford mopar anything ) alot of times they know people that know people . check with the old dudes at the car parts counters . sometimes buying a whole car is good , use a few parts , sell a few parts . and use wise purchasing skills so ya don't spend more than ya should . del
