Ugh the dreaded reversed taillights on a '67. I see this a couple times a year on '67s that are for sale and I always wonder how the person installing the taillight housings didn't realize that there is a RH and LH and they are on the wrong side. Even a quick glance can see that they are very ill-fitting when installed on the wrong side. It's a quick fix thankfully.
It was the first thing that caught my eye too Gary, like you said, it's a quick fix. It kinda makes it look cross-eyed, doesn't it?
I remember my first ‘67, I found some nice taillights, shined them up and installed them without a thought. Stepped back to admire my work and realized that the left and right were not interchangeable. Haha
