Grant, it appears to be a nice clean Special with some obvious cosmetic issues and unfortunately it's even a base Special and not a Deluxe, plus a four door sedan. Very little market other than a nice driver car. What engine? 300 or 340? You can always come down on price but I think you will scare any potential buyers away at $7k, it's actual value is realistically less than half the asking price. Hate to be blunt but you did ask.
Honestly it's a $2500 car tops and it will still be a tough sell, just not many buyers for a basic 4 door. If the car was a low mileage absolutely mint original it probably would hurry it to hit $4k, the market just isn't there.
