did it come green paint from the factory ?

 

I bid on it Friday night on Proxibid. It sold for $12k plus fees. I figured we’d see it for sale again soon but this is a really fast turnaround. Must not be transferring the title.

 

Here was the auction. I had to drop early due to the car being so far away and their policy of pickup within 24 hours. I was close though to requesting help from the V8 family to pick it up in SC until I could get there from MN.

 

I believe they said it was green from the factory and didn’t sell so the original dealer had it painted red.

 

That sounds like a BS story to me. Although, who knows.My dad was a car dealer and he did hate green cars...

 

Yep, my dad was a Buick salesman and manager for 20 years 60s and 70s and also hated green cars .

my first car was a used 1965 skylark gran sport in sea piss green . First thing I did was repaint it in midnight brown .....free paint !
