The new car looks great I was following the riv build and didn’t find this new thread until today. Will be watching what else you do with the car and I’m excited to see what it can do.
You got a trailer for that beast? Think about Nostalgia Events at NED or the NoDrama Saturday Series at Lebanon Valley. The difference in track prep is night and day , at least at NED, between Streetnight and actual racing events. Streetnights are money grabs for the track, they ain't laying down the sticky for streetcars....JIM
I’ll be driving it up myself, and maybe will have a friend take a trailer up with it when I throw the nitrous on it
We'll see how it goes this season, I would like to make it up/over to Lebanon Valley . It's hard to break away from NED, as it's only 8 miles away! Jim
Wow this thread has been silent for a while. Sorry. First pass I’ve ever made in the car: 13.603 @ 105.5 7 passes later in the day, once I figured out how to launch: 11.72 @ 111.25 (I accidentally let off early, was looking to be an 11.4 otherwise) Now, the bests.... Best 60’: 1.61 Best 1/8th: 7.339 Best 1/8th MPH: 91.88 Best 1/4: 11.72 Best MPH: 115.65 And I blew out an exhaust gasket from it being too loose and the hitting the 6500 rpm rev limiter on the 2-3 shift on my 12.08 @ 115.65 pass. No nitrous yet, and the car weighs 3460 with me in it. Drove it 75 miles to the track, and drove it 75 miles home. A true street/strip car.
