    Hey all,

I diagnosed a bad front turn signal\parking light issue to a crappy socket. It was an older replacement that wasn't wired correctly either.
So I bought what I thought was the correct socket and wired it in. Turns out it's not even close to fitting in the back of the lens. It's too small, and the three prongs don't grab anything. The lens looks to be setup for a 3-prong twist in socket.

If you look at the pictures, the middle one listed at Advance is what I think I took out. It twist-locked into the lens. What I bought as a replacement was different, but I thought it's what fit because its the same prong style.

The other two pictures show what everyone lists as THE replacement. Before I buy one, I have my doubts that it will work because it's not the three-prong style that twist locks into the lens. And the diameter is too small anyway.
What the heck is the correct style bulb socket for the fronts lenses? I didn't pull the other side out to compare because I was in a hurry.

    Thanks.
