Dear V-8 Buick caregivers who occasionally need some caregiving from the hereafter,

It is a busy time of year with Thanksgiving this week. Still, somehow I never forget November 22nd - the day John F. Kennedy was assassinated. Let us all take a moment to remember that horrible moment that snuffed out so much hope in the world. At least for me, it is a call to strive beyond our world that seems broken beyond repair to that world that only Jesus can make whole, complete, and perfect in a manner beyond our present conception.

May the peace of Christ be with you,

    Edouard

Let’s hope justice is soon found, JFK deserves it.

I had just turned 14 a couple of weeks before the assassination, I remember the day well! I had just come down to study hall from lunch and even the teachers were all crying in the hallways before classes.
Watched the entire aftermath that weekend, and saw Oswald get shot on live TV.
